The 680 kW CDU is a liquid cooling unit that removes heat generated by equipment through the secondary-side heat exchange via a plate heat exchanger, and transfers the heat away through the primary-side chilled water loop.

Key Features:

  • Pump Redundancy: Adopts an N+1 pump configuration with cyclic switchover, ensuring continuous operation in case of single pump failure.
  • High Cooling Capacity In a Compact Footprint: Features a highly integrated piping design, with a footprintof only 1200 x 600 mm (LxW), and is capable of removing up to 680 kW of heat.
  • Easy Maintenance Access: The electrical control cabinet adopts a tiltable structure. During maintenance, such as removing filter elements orreplacing pumps, the cabinet can be lifted via hydraulic supports, providing sufficient operating space.
  • Flexible Movement and Handling: Equipped with four heavy-duty casters at the base. The bottom structure allows for forklift handling for easy loading, and also enables flexible movement on the floor for convenient repositioning.
