The 150 kW 4U CDU is a compact liquid cooling core unit installed in a standard 19-inch server rack, with a height of 4U. The 4U CDU is an optimal solution for addressing the heat dissipation bottleneck of high heat density computing such as Al largemodels and high-performance computing (HPC). Within an extremely compact 4U space, it provides high cooling capacity, featuring high density, high efficiency, high reliability, and ease of deployment, and serves as a key infrastructure for the transition from air cooling to liquid cooling in data centers.
Key Features:
- Pump Redundancy & Monitoring And Control: Equipped with two pumps, supporting cyclic operation and automatic switchover in case of failure. Supports local and remote system parameter configuration, operating status monitoring, runtime recording, and alarm information inquiry. System parameters and fault data are automatically stored and retained after power loss.
- Rack-Mount Design: Standard 4U rack-mounted design enables easy installation and reduces retrofit complexity in existing data centers. Dual-pump configuration allows convenient maintenance and replacement, improving overall system reliability.
